About the Classroom

We want this first classroom experience to be exciting and fun.  We explore as many varied activities as possible – painting, sorting, counting, coloring, grouping, graphing, etc.  We practice letters and sounds, numbers, and counting, shapes and colors, listening and talking.

Other Things to Know

  • We have our own space in the portable building next to the school. We also have a classroom in the school building for snack and some of our activities. This helps familiarize the children with the rest of the school.
  • We try to make outdoor play part of every class period.
